Command Sergeant Major Arthur L. Coleman, the command sergeant major of III Corps and Fort Hood, presents Pfc. Eferoghene Oghre, a medic with Task Force Odin, with a coin at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq, Aug. 10.
