My Hero. My Love. Lance Corporal Eric A. Palmisano

I Lost My Life on April 2, 2006 On that day the man I loved, the man I planned to marry and grow old with, died in Iraq. Seven marines and one sailor died in the same accident. Who knows how many of us back home lost our lives that day? Most of us are still here, breathing and going through the motions of living. But we'll never be the same. Every morning I wake up to the hope that it's all a bad dream, that somehow, somehow… I've conjured up a thousand different scenarios with ultimately hap...

My Hero. My Son. 2nd Lt. Ryan LeDuc

My son 2nd Lt. Ryan LeDuc was killed on September 24, 2004 in Rutbah Iraq. I am writing to request a Hero Bracelet.  The generosity of Mr. Dixon and your company is helping us Gold Star parents to keep the memory of our children alive.  I posted a memorial for Ryan on October 15th, 2008.  I have attached a photo of my son and his achievements in life.  He lived and died a proud Marine.  Again, thank you for your generosity and concern for the families of the Fallen.  Semper Fi, Nola Hec

Our Hero. Specialist RIchard K. Trevithick

Thank you so much for your support of our troops.  We lost a very special young man to the war in Iraq on April 14, 2004, a day I'll never forget.  Specialist RIchard K. Trevithick was 20 years old and had just been married in December of 2003.  Rich was a combat engineer and had one year left in the Army.  Richard, according to fellow soldiers, was one who cared deeply about his comrades helping them to become better at their jobs whenever he could.  Rich even, on the day of his death, volun...
