Jonathan C. Yanney
Pfc. Jonathan C. Yanney, 20, of Litchfield, Minnesota, died August 18, 2009, in Arghandab, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his unit. Pfc. Yanney was assigned to 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment, 5th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Washington.
