Jake R. Velloza
Spc. Jake R. Velloza, 22, of Inverness, California, died from wounds sustained after he was shot by enemy forces in Mosul, Iraq, on May 2, 2009. Spc. Velloza was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
