My Heroes, PFC Dennis J. Miller Jr, SPC Matthew Drake and CPL Shane Parsons.
Dear HeroBracelets,
First off let me tell you about all my Heroes serving in the all the military services right now at this moment. Each of them our American Heroes defending our Freedom, with a tremendous amount of Courage. Now let me tell you about a few Heroes I know personally. PFC Dennis J. Miller Jr., Army 2nd Div from LaSalle, Michigan. Dennis was killed in Iraq on 11/10/2004, I worked with Dennis Miller Sr. and I never take off my Dennis Miller Jr HeroBracelet.
Here is another local Hero, his name is SPC Matthew Drake, Army from Sylvania, Ohio. Matthew was injured on 10/15/2004 from a roadside bomb, and is still receiving treatment for those severe injuries. Another Hero is Cpl.; Shane Parsons, Army 4th Div from Fostoria, Ohio. Cpl. Parsons lost both legs in a roadside bomb. Cpl. Parsons is receiving treatment at Brooks Medical Center right now, and should return home to Fostoria sometime this Fall. We have another local Hero named SSG. Matthew Keil, Army 2nd Div from Swanton, Ohio. SSG. Keil was shot in the neck by a sniper in Iraq and is paralyzed from the neck down. Two things really stand out when I think about SSG Keil, He told us at his welcome home event last December, that He was lucky to be alive, and he would do it all over again in a minute. Right now SSG Keil & his wife Tracy travel around the United States helping other Wounded Soldiers. These are the type of Soldiers this Nation can be proud of, and grateful for their service to our Country.
And finally my last Heroes are all of our Soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice for our great Nation. Thank you all and God Bless you and your families.
Thank you,
Keith Kruse
